Return journey from the Cerro Negro reserve on horseback or on foot.
Back at the San Antonio guesthouse, or the Rosario (sub-tropical) farmhouse, this day is often spent in demonstrations and participation with one or more of the following local skills: Coffee production, basket making; sisal production and rope making; traditional sugar cane production; visit to the nearby trout farm.
